2.1 When we have a meeting with you, we collect the following personal data about you:

  • your contact details, such as your name, email address and telephone number;

  • information about the time you enter our building or have a meeting with us;

  • your signature ;

  • the name and contact details of the company  or of the organization you work for and your job title or function

  • information about your preferences and consumption in terms of food and drink.

2.2 When we wish to contact you after a meeting at a trade fair or event, we also process the following information about you:

  • information about your skills and professional experience

2.3 When you participate in a training course, we also process the following data about you:

  • information about your skills and professional experience;

  • information about the training or the meeting itself .

2.4 When you would like us to arrange your hotel stay in the context of your meeting, we will also process the following information:

  • travel data, such as flight times, hotel location, time of stay, and hotel type.

2.5 Normally, we do not process sensitive data about you. However, if it is relevant to process your health data as part of your meeting, for example because you have a disability and we need to take this into account during the meeting, for example to ensure that your visit to one of our venues runs smoothly or if we provide food in the context of a meeting and you are allergic to something, we will ask for your explicit consent before processing this data.

3. Purposes for which we process your personal data

We process your personal data:

4. Legal basis for the processing of your personal data

4.1 The processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in article 3.1 of this Policy is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest, i.e. to safeguard security.

4.8 The processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in article 3.8 of this Information is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest, or to be able to defend ourselves in the event of a dispute.

4.9 The processing of your personal data for the purposes described in article 3.9 of this Notice is necessary for us to pursue our legitimate interest, i.e. to be able to explore or conduct normal corporate operations or mergers and acquisitions.

4.10 The processing of your personal data for the purpose described in article 3.10 is necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations.

4.11 If we process your health data for one of the purposes described in article 3 which includes personal data as described in article 2.5, we will ask for your consent.

9.4 You have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you if this data is no longer necessary in light of the purposes set out in Article 3 or if you withdraw your consent to data processing. However, we will evaluate an unsubscribe request against:

  • prevailing interests of ELETTRODIESEL, of another company of our group or of third parties; OR

  • any legal or regulatory obligation or administrative or judicial order that may contradict such cancellation.

Instead of deletion you can also request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if:

  • you dispute the accuracy of the data;

  • the processing is unlawful; OR

the data are no longer necessary for the purposes referred to in Article 3.

9.5 You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

9.6 You have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format all personal data that you have provided to us where the processing is based on your consent or on the need for the execution of an agreement with you and if the treatment is carried out by automated means.

9.7 If you wish to make a request to exercise one or more of the rights mentioned above, you can send us a letter or email toinfo@elettrodieselbaldi.it.

A request to exercise a right will not be interpreted as consent to the processing of your personal data beyond what is required to manage your request. Any request must clearly indicate which right you wish to exercise and the reasons for doing so, if necessary. It should also be dated and signed and accompanied by a scanned copy of your valid ID card proving your identity.

We will promptly inform you of having received such a request. If the request proves successful, we will honor it as soon as reasonably practicable and at the latest thirty (30) days after receiving the request.
